BY SUBMITTING INFORMATION to, or accessing information from, the Service, YOU, the end user customer ("Customer") AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Quick Search Properties. (“Quick Search Properties” or the "Company").

You agree that www.quicksearchproperties.com / shall not be liable for any damages or lost profits arising out of or related to your posting of an ad or utilizing the website of www.quicksearchproperties.com /

You also agree to that your advertising will be commercial and residentail properties for sale only. No MLM's, distributorships, start-ups, business opportunities i.e. that have no track record, etc, will be tolerated. WE ONLY ACCEPT COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES FOR SALE. If you post an ad that does not follow these guidelines www.quicksearchproperties.com / reserves the right to delete your ad without notice to you and there will be no refund given and no pro-ration of any monies will be given to the advertiser. Abusers of this rule will be banned from future advertising on our site.

We reserve the right to reject and/ or remove your ad at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to make minor and cosmetic changes to your advertising in order to confirm it to the format we have established for our website.

You are solely responsible for the content of your ad. You agree that your ad will not contain any libelous, defamatory or unlawful information. You also agree that information contained in your ad does not violate or infringe upon any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others. www.quicksearchproperties.com disclaims any responsibility for any actions a viewer or buyer or business owner may take as a result of the information posted on the www.quicksearchproperties.com / service or contained herein.

Payment Terms
Customer agrees to pay for all products ordered through the Quick Search Properties web site, or via Quick Search Properties client services personnel (“Client Services”) using the payment method indicated and provides Company express authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider. Fees owed depend on the specific type and quantity of Quick Search Properties products, services, information, or deliverables (collectively "Deliverables") ordered. Payment of fees shall not be contingent on any events other than the delivery of the ordered Deliverables. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be the responsibility of and paid for by Customer. If payment is not current, Company may immediately cease to provide any and all Deliverables to the customer. The fees paid for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the month. Fees paid for commercial and residential listings and other products are not refundable. No partial month refunds will be provided. Customer may cancel their BizBuySell product membership by contacting us only by email (support@quicksearchproperties.com) or by phone (866-964-1924). All cancellation requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. The membership will be deactivated at the end of the current billing term. Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. Company will provide timely notice to the affected Customers of any such changes. It is Customer's responsibility to promptly provide Company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including email address, credit card numbers, etc.).

You are responsible to maintain a valid, working email address. Should your email address become nonfunctioning for any length of time, www.quicksearchproperties.com / has the right to suspend your ad from our site until you have notified www.quicksearchproperties.com / that the email address is once again able to receive email. www.quicksearchproperties.com / does not grant refunds for any time an ad is suspended from the website due to a nonfunctioning email address.
